Founded in 2003 by Mike and Ryan Regina, Big Sky Enterprises has grown from humble beginnings into a trusted commercial construction firm built on integrity and innovation.

When planning a building, success depends on the right design, site, materials, financing, and team. But building a business takes a different kind of foundation—one rooted in experience, values, and vision. Before founding Big Sky, Mike and Ryan worked under the mentorship of their father, Lou Regina, who shared 35 years of industry expertise and instilled in them the importance of not just working hard, but working smart. Through his example, they learned how to develop, finance, and construct projects built to last.

After a decade of learning and growing alongside their father, Lou recognized it was time for his sons to take the next step. With $5,000, their first proposal, and a clear vision, Mike and Ryan launched Big Sky in 2003. What began as a leap of faith quickly became a company defined by integrity, collaboration, and excellence. Today, those same values remain at the heart of Big Sky—shaping every relationship, every project, and every milestone along the way.
