The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. The fee for the services and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall M2 Wellness, LLC, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M2 Wellness, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $14.95 flat shipping rate on all orders placed in the United States.

Free shipping: We offer free shipping to customers who spend more than $500.

Shipping considerations

All orders are subject to review and could require additional processing time.

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Any orders placed after 5PM EST on Fridays will be processed and ship on the following business day.

For all orders placed after 5PM EST, please allow one additional business day for processing.

Carrier delays are possible during high order volume periods and may affect shipping times.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5-7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

ORDER VERIFICATION POLICY: Please review your shipment for order accuracy. We will be able to correct any incorrect shipments right away. Unfortunately, we will not be able to correct any fulfillment discrepancies after 7 days from the time listed on your delivery confirmation. Please reach out to our office with any questions.

NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY: Due to the unique nature of our product, there are no refunds or exchanges in FULL or in PART for any of the weight loss supplements that we offer. M2 Wellness, LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE the weight loss success of any client and thus, client, by paying for the program, acknowledges the above M2 Wellness, LLC, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY.

Our company collects cell phone numbers and uses that number to correspond with our clients to service your needs and keep you up to date with information that is important to your weight loss journey.
