Who We Are

Bridging experience, quantitative insights, and bold thinking to guide disciplined, indexdriven AI adoption and leadership for ISPs

At Adoptex, we’re an independent, unbiased team of strategists and researchers helping Tier 3 and Tier 2 ISPs use ongoing, indexdriven AI assessments and actionable reports to cut through the hype, align teams, and see where AI truly belongs in the business and the network. Our mission is simple: help ISP leaders make informed, technically sound decisions based on the truth

How Our Methodology Works

Most AI projects stall because leaders get opinions instead of evidence. The Adoptex AI Adoption Positioning System (APS) changes that by starting with a structured, index‑driven assessment that benchmarks your organization across strategy, operations, data, culture, and the network.

APS then works like a GPS for your AI journey, turning those scores into a practical route that shows where AI can safely automate, where it should augment your teams, and where it doesn’t belong at all. Each APS cycle delivers concrete use cases, risk checks, and measurable milestones, so executives can point to visible business impact within the next 6–12 months while technical leaders get the specificity they need to design and deliver with confidence.

The Team Behind The Index

Adoptex is built by a team that has spent their careers around broadband and high‑stakes technology decisions—not just chasing the latest AI trend. Together, we bring more than 150 years of experience across high tech, broadband strategy, data, and AI, working with leaders who have to balance growth and reliability. We’ve helped organizations evaluate complex technologies, separate signal from noise, and turn them into practical roadmaps executives can trust and technical teams can deliver. That’s why our work focuses on clarity, evidence, and aligning incentives—so your AI strategy is grounded in the realities of running a broadband business, not vendor hype.

Experts Behind Your AI Decisions

The Adoptex Team brings 150+ years of high‑tech, broadband strategy, data, and AI experience to help ISP leaders cut through hype and turn complex decisions into clear, actionable roadmaps.
