Restore hormonal balance, energy, libido, and vitality — personalized protocols for men and women.
“I finally feel like myself again. My energy is back, my mood is steady, and I’m sleeping through the night for the first time in years. The team actually listened, explained my labs, and built a plan just for me. HRT didn’t just help my symptoms, it gave me my life back.”
- Devin G., 34
Men in Colorado experiencing persistent fatigue, low libido, difficulty building muscle, increased body fat, or poor sleep may be candidates for testosterone replacement therapy. Candidacy is confirmed through lab work — specifically Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, and Estradiol — not symptoms alone. Steel City evaluates all new patients with a baseline panel before any protocol is recommended.
Achieve sustainable results with clinician-guided weight loss treatment and metabolic monitoring.
“I’ve tried everything, and nothing ever stuck, until this. The cravings quieted down, the weight finally started coming off, and I didn’t feel miserable doing it. The team checked in regularly, adjusted my plan when needed, and actually cared about my progress. This feels sustainable, not like another quick fix.”
- Laura S., 34
Patients struggling with unwanted weight gain, metabolic slowdown, or difficulty losing weight despite diet and exercise may be candidates for GLP-1 therapy using compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. There is no rigid BMI cutoff — eligibility is determined through a clinical evaluation and baseline labs that assess your metabolic picture, not a number on a scale. If weight is affecting your quality of life, energy, or health markers, it is worth having the conversation.
Enhance recovery, energy, and metabolic function with targeted peptide protocols.
“I started peptides to improve recovery and energy, and the difference has been night and day. I heal faster, sleep better, and feel stronger in the gym and daily life. The team tailored everything to my goals and adjusted my protocol. This isn’t guesswork, it’s personalized optimization.”
- Jordan P., 43
Peptide therapy at Steel City is used to support recovery, improve sleep quality, enhance metabolic function, and promote lean body composition. Protocols are cycle-based and individualized based on patient goals and lab context. Peptides are prescribed only through licensed 503A compounding pharmacies — Steel City does not use or prescribe research-use-only (RUO) compounds.
Reduce inflammation and regulate immune response to improve chronic pain, sleep, and systemic wellness.
"I started Low Dose Naltrexone through Steel City HRT and Weight Loss after struggling with inflammation and low energy, and the experience was informative and personalized from the start. Jeremiah took the time to explain everything clearly without pressure. Within a few weeks, I noticed better energy, improved sleep, and overall progress that continued to build. The convenience of telehealth combined with consistent support made it a great experience.".
- Megan R., 39
Low-dose naltrexone (LDN) may be appropriate for patients dealing with chronic inflammation, persistent fatigue, autoimmune conditions, fibromyalgia, or immune dysregulation that has not responded well to conventional approaches. It is also used adjunctively in hormone optimization patients to support immune modulation and overall inflammatory load. LDN is a low-risk, well-tolerated protocol that is worth discussing if you have been managing a chronic condition without satisfying results.
Step 1 — Choose Your Initiation Tier:
Every new patient starts with a one-time initiation consultation before any medication is prescribed. Three tiers are available — each includes lab work or a lab pathway, a one-on-one telehealth appointment with a board-certified provider, and a personalized clinical evaluation. No referral needed. See pricing below to choose the tier that fits your goals.
Step 2 — Your Telehealth Appointment:
Meet one-on-one with your provider via secure video — no waiting rooms, no commute. Your labs, symptoms, and goals are reviewed in full. If treatment is clinically appropriate, a personalized protocol is built specifically for you. No prescription is issued without a clinical evaluation. Appointments are available to patients physically located in Colorado and eight other licensed states.
Step 3 — Discreet Delivery to Your Door:
Your medications are compounded by a licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to your home in discreet packaging — no pharmacy counter, no explaining yourself to anyone. Standard injectable testosterone ships within five to seven business days. Compounded creams typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Medications are shipped to all nine states where Steel City holds active prescriptive authority.
Step 4 — Ongoing Monitoring and Protocol Adjustment:
Treatment does not end at the first prescription. Your provider tracks your progress through scheduled lab reviews — typically at six weeks, twelve weeks, and quarterly thereafter — and adjusts your protocol based on lab trends and how your body is responding. All provider communication between appointments is handled through Spruce Health secure messaging, included with active membership. Your safety and your outcomes are monitored throughout.
Every new Colorado patient begins with a one-time initiation consultation. Each tier is a standalone clinical evaluation that includes lab work (or a lab pathway), provider time, and a personalized telehealth appointment. Choose the tier that matches your goals and history — no referral needed.
Tier 1 — Vitality Snapshot — $99:
A focused 20-minute telehealth results review built for a fast, clear answer on whether therapy is right for you. Includes a baseline lab panel (Total Testosterone, Estradiol, CBC, plus PSA for men or Progesterone for women) drawn at any Quest Diagnostics location. Best for patients who want an efficient, lower-cost entry point.
Tier 2 — Precision Wellness Consultation — $150:
A 45-minute clinical evaluation, available by telehealth or in person in Colorado. You choose your lab pathway: bring your own recent labs, use an insurance script, or pay cash through Rupa Health. Best for patients who already have labs or want to use insurance coverage for testing.
Tier 3 — Biological Blueprint — $499:
A comprehensive 60-minute deep-dive built around an 18-biomarker panel covering hormones, metabolic health, thyroid, and longevity markers (testosterone, estradiol, IGF-1, HbA1c, fasting insulin, thyroid, vitamin D, and more). The provider builds a full optimization roadmap from your complete biological picture. Best for patients who want the most thorough baseline available.
Initiation fees are one-time and non-refundable. Ongoing treatment — including medication, membership, and lab monitoring — is billed separately based on your program. Lab costs for cash-pay testing are passed through at clinical rates via Rupa Health or Quest Diagnostics.
"I'm a general contractor in Colorado Springs — physical work, early mornings, and I'd been grinding through fatigue for two years. Figured it was the job. My testosterone came back at 241. Steel City had me on a protocol within weeks, and I'm back to feeling like I can actually keep up with my crew." — Jason R., 46 | Colorado Springs, CO | TRT

"I'd been to two different weight loss programs in Denver and both felt like a revolving door. Steel City was the first place that ran labs before doing anything. Down 27 pounds in five months, my A1C dropped, and my provider actually reached out between appointments to check my progress." — Vanessa M., 38 | Denver, CO | GLP-1 Weight Loss

"I thought perimenopause just meant white-knuckling it through your 40s. Brain fog, terrible sleep, mood swings I couldn't explain. My Steel City provider took it seriously from the first call, adjusted my protocol until it was right, and I feel more like myself than I have in years." — Karen T., 44 | Fort Collins, CO | HRT

Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) refers specifically to testosterone supplementation, most commonly prescribed for men with clinically low testosterone levels. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is a broader term covering any clinician-managed protocol that restores or balances hormones — including estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone in women, or testosterone plus supporting hormones in men. At Steel City, TRT and HRT are distinct programs with separate protocols, lab requirements, and billing structures, though both are managed by board-certified nurse practitioners via telehealth.
The practical distinction matters for treatment design. Men on TRT are typically managing a single-hormone deficiency — testosterone — with supporting medications like anastrozole or HCG added only when clinically indicated by lab values. Women's HRT protocols are more complex by nature: estradiol almost always requires progesterone when an intact uterus is present, testosterone is frequently added at low doses for libido and energy, and the ratios between hormones shift significantly across perimenopause and post-menopause. This means women's HRT requires more frequent protocol adjustments and a broader baseline lab panel than straightforward male TRT. Both programs are available at Steel City via telehealth to patients in Colorado and all other licensed states.
Common symptoms associated with hormone imbalance include persistent fatigue, low libido, brain fog, difficulty building or maintaining muscle, increased body fat (particularly abdominal), mood changes, irritability, poor sleep quality, and reduced motivation. In women, perimenopause and menopause add hot flashes, night sweats, and irregular cycles. These symptoms overlap with other conditions, which is why baseline lab work is required before any diagnosis or treatment recommendation is made.
The challenge with hormone-related symptoms is that they are non-specific — fatigue, brain fog, and low mood are associated with dozens of conditions, and treating symptoms without confirming the underlying hormone picture wastes time and carries risk. This is why Steel City requires baseline lab work before any clinical recommendation is made. A patient presenting with classic low-testosterone symptoms but normal total testosterone and low free testosterone, for example, requires a different protocol than one with suppressed total testosterone — and neither is identifiable without objective data. Symptoms are the reason to investigate; labs are the reason to treat.
Most patients notice initial changes — improved energy, better sleep, early libido improvement — within two to four weeks of reaching therapeutic hormone levels. More significant changes in body composition, mood stability, and cognitive clarity typically emerge between six and twelve weeks. Optimal results generally require three to six months of consistent dosing and monitoring, as protocols are adjusted based on follow-up lab values and symptom response.
Yes. Steel City's GLP-1 Medical Weight Loss program includes clinician-managed protocols using compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide for eligible patients in Colorado and all other licensed states. Treatment requires baseline labs, a clinical evaluation, and ongoing metabolic monitoring. Medications are compounded by licensed 503A pharmacies and shipped directly to the patient. GLP-1 therapy is prescribed only after a clinical evaluation confirms medical appropriateness — it is not dispensed on request.
Required labs vary by program and initiation tier. The Vitality Snapshot (Tier 1) covers core hormone and safety markers: Total Testosterone, Estradiol, CBC, and PSA for men or Progesterone for women. The Precision Wellness Consultation (Tier 2) requires a broader panel including CBC, CMP, LH, FSH, Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, and Estradiol — which can be fulfilled through outside labs, an insurance script, or cash-pay through Rupa Health. The Biological Blueprint (Tier 3) includes an 18-marker panel adding IGF-1, HbA1c, fasting insulin, thyroid (TSH), DHEA-S, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, SHBG, Cortisol, and Lipid Panel. All labs must be completed before the consultation appointment.
Clinical services, consultations, and memberships at Steel City are cash-pay only and are not billed to insurance or Medicare/Medicaid. For Tier 2 patients, an insurance lab script can be issued so you can use your insurance coverage for required lab work — though coverage is not guaranteed and any uncovered costs are the patient's responsibility. Patients on government benefit programs (Medicare/Medicaid) are required to use Rupa Health cash-pay for all lab work; insurance lab scripts are not issued for those patients.
